My daughter loves her bike. After riding our 500s she was hooked. The whole family pitched in to get her a bike of her own and she’s as addicted to it as we are.

Seems to me that the 500 series gets a little lost in the shuffle with all these other incredibly good bikes that are now coming available. That said I’m really happy with having the opportunity to add a much more powerful longer lasting battery that enables me to ride much farther. I was expecting the battery to be much larger but it visually seems to be a lot like the one that came with the bike all in all a great addition and a great benefit that some of the bikes they offer don’t have available

Battery works well, just hope it does not lose its charge in less than two years as the original one.

Loving my 500 Series e-bike. It’s perfect for me. The comfort and control are excellent. The handgrips so comfortable that my arthritis in my right hand does not flair up.

Re 500 Series, ST, w/rack and fenders: love it! I wish it was 1″ (even 1/2″) shorter at the seat height. Bike specs should include Inseam. I’m 5’2″, 30″ inseam and small feet, so touching the grounds on both sides is on my tippy toes. I’m still learning the brakes – nearly threw myself overboard the first time. Going in circles is taking practice. I finally remembered the brakes have an automatic cutoff. Otherwise, when you want to speed up coming out of a curve without the brakes on, the bike speeds ahead faster than expected. After searching extensively, this bike has the most features for the money and my budget. The shop that put it together for me said it’s a solid middle line bike. I highly recommend having a professional put it together so you know the gear index and derailleur are correct. (Watch the videos on this site to see why paying a professional is worth it.)
